The Croods

Croods is a family that is living in a cave. Grug is the head of the family and is overprotective and stern in nature. Only His daughter Eep dares to ask some questions and sometimes ignores his orders but Grug is upset with this as he feels this can be very dangerous. Other members in the family are Eep’s mother Ugga, grandmother Gran and Thunk and Sandy – young brother and sister.

Once Eep peeps out of their cave and see fire. After coming out she meets Guy and his pet Belt, from a relatively modern family. Guy Warns Eep about possible disasters and also asks her to join him. Guy gives a shell horn to Eep and she promises to blow it when she is in trouble. Her stubborn father does not accept the “new” and “unknown” thing in the house and destroys it immediately.

A sudden earthquake destroys the cave they live and they have to come to the tropical forest. Here they are attacked by a group of piranhakeets. Eep calls guy by blowing another shell horn and he rescues the family by using fire. Does Grug accept modern life? Can Eep and Guy’s family unite? Watch the movie to get all answers.
