Good American Family Season 1

A couple from the Midwest adopts, in their opinion, a little girl with dwarfism. When they start raising her together with their three biological children, they become embroiled in a battle that unfolds in tabloids, courtrooms, and ultimately in their marriage. Initially, the protagonists believe that Natalya is a dwarf child, but as the plot develops, they begin to doubt it.
