Philadelphia is gripped by an opioid epidemic. Mickey Fitzpatrick works in the police force, patrolling the area, while her younger sister Casey lives on the streets. They haven't spoken in a long time, and when dead women start turning up in the city, Mickey realizes that Casey is missing. Despite her superiors' orders, she takes on the search, which leads her to drug dealers, criminal organizations, and corrupt officials. The main heroine uncovers a network that controls the entire district. The closer she gets to the truth, the stronger the resistance becomes. False testimonies, disappearing evidence, intimidated witnesses - everything works against her. The people behind it all leave no traces and don't give second chances.
