The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power Season 2

The action takes place in the fantasy universe of Middle-earth, several millennia before the events described in "The Hobbit" and "The Lord of the Rings". The series, which tells about key moments of the Second Age, begins in a time of relative peace, when the forces of evil were just gaining their power. The viewer becomes a witness to the rise and fall of the island kingdom of Númenor and the last alliance between elves and men, who must fight against the army of the Dark Lord Sauron, who is trying to subjugate all of Middle-earth with the help of the magical Rings of Power.
