The Electric State

America, 1997. The country lies in ruins after a man-made catastrophe. Michelle embarks on a long journey with a mysterious robot, hoping to find her younger brother. The further she progresses, the darker and more unpredictable the world around her becomes. Abandoned cities, military drones, and traces of a lost civilization only complicate her search. But despite the dangers, Michelle must continue her path, as it is already too late to turn back. The film is based on the graphic novel comic of the same name by Simon Stålenhag.
