Former Marine and one of the most experienced and skilled special agents in the United States, Terry Richmond, arrives in the small and quiet town of Shelby Springs to save his cousin from imprisonment. Following the state laws, he agrees to post bail for the detainee in order to release him on bail and house arrest. However, unbeknownst to him, he gets into big trouble and ends up losing all of his savings.
