In the 1980s, Hollywood was the setting for a tale about Maxine, an ambitious adult film star with aspirations of making it big in mainstream cinema. Finally, her dream comes true as she secures a role in a horror film. However, as a series of gruesome murders occur in her vicinity, Maxine comes to a startling realization - the trail of bloodshed is somehow connected to her own past.
