According to the FBI's estimates, only one out of five serial killers is caught by law enforcement, while the rest remain free. Agent Lee Harker is hunting down one of these elusive monsters known as the Soul Collector. For over ten years, his victims have been entire families, whose members inexplicably killed each other. The closer Harker gets to unraveling the killer's identity, the clearer he realizes that there is a connection between them.
