At the very beginning of watching family movie "Cop and a Half: New Recruit" we meet with a girl, which, as it may seem at the first glance is no different from their peers. However, upon further examination, it becomes clear that Karina differs special ingenuity, wit and insight. She admires the police and has amazing analytical skills.
Surrounding believe Carina strange and sure that it too turbulent imagination. The girl regularly delivers trouble Director Miller, who was tired from what Karina considers himself a policeman and behaves as if it is a detective. At the same time we are introduced to detective Simmons acting investigator working on another case. By sheer coincidence, Karina meets with detective and begins to provide him with evidence in the case, which he investigates. Simmons initially with skepticism refers to the fact that he helps 12-year-old girl, but eventually realizes that together they make a great team.
